Located in Short Pump, VA, MGT was able to transform this once vacant shell into the home of Bon Secours Intenal Medicine in just 60 days. The space features offices, exam rooms, employee break rooms, and quality finishes throughout. MGT encountered a number of challenges as the space neared completion and was able to work with the tenant and architect to ensure a smooth transition.
