The Brownstone Apartments rehabilitation took 7 months from permit to completion. There are nine student apartments comprised of one– and two–bedroom units.
Originally built as a single family mansion in the late 1800s the building was converted to a drug rehabilitation treatment center in the mid-1990s. Many of the mansions original features remain and highlight the craftsmanship of the original builder. As part of the renovation MGT refinished all the original woodwork and trim, detailed the original columns and plaster moulding, refinished the hardwood floors, and rehabbed the windows and stained glass.
