MGT provided the construction knowledge, experience and expertise to manage the shell construction and tenant improvements for Glen Allen’s Crescent Business Park. Located just off I-295, Crescent Business Park consists of four tilt-up concrete buildings ranging in size from 16’ to 24’ clear to allow for leasing flexibility. The size of the project dictated the need for the development to be completed in four phases with a schedule duration of four months per phase.
