Gambro Healthcare Center is a ground up 10,000 SF dialysis outpatient clinic in a new medical park development adjacent to a local hospital. MGT performed the site work, construction of the shell and the interior clinic spaces. As the first construction in the medical park, traditional styling was used to accomplish a classic design for future projects to follow.
MGT performed ground-up and tenant up fit work for nine different Gambro Dialysis Center locations throughout North Carolina and Virginia.
