MGT Construction faced a significant challenge with the Grace at Monroe Apartments because of how the building was originally constructed. Additions to the building in 1930 and again in 1964 left it comprised of three architecturally distinct, attached units. So, unlike many multi-family developments where there exists a certain level of repetition, the Grace at Monroe Apartments hosts 44 unique floor plans. Using its experience, MGT was able to troubleshoot many issues in the field to remain on schedule for a fall semester delivery.
