We oftentimes find ourselves helping clients navigate the complex issues that arise during the “due diligence” phase of a project. These services include, but are not limited to:

Perhaps best of all, most of our pre-construction services are offered to our clients free of charge. Our goal is to help clients evaluate the financial viability of the venture before a substantial sum of time and money is invested.
