- US Attorney at Main Street
- MGT has been awarded the 18th and 19th floor renovations for the US Attorney’s office at Main Street Station. The project is scheduled to begin in late 2010 or early 2011.

- Strayer University
- MGT has been selected by Liberty Property to perform the 26,000 sq ft tenant build out for Strayer University. The project is scheduled to begin in early December with a mid-March completion.

- National Delivery at Interport Business Center
- Weingarten Realty has contracted MGT as the design build contractor for their upcoming tenant build out for National Delivery. MGT will be building a 4,500 sq ft office space inside the existing 78,000 sq ft warehouse, installing new overhead doors, pouring a new loading dock and installing new security fencing around the perimeter of he building.

- Advance Auto Dundalk, MD
- MGT has completed its fifth build out for the Advance Auto franchise. The work was completed in four weeks, allowing for the tenant to begin fixturing a week ahead of schedule.
- Concentra Urgent Care
- MGT has been selected as the contractor for the 9,800 sq ft medical build out for Concentra Urgent Care. The project will consist of exam rooms, an X-Ray room, physical therapy area and one conference room.

- Kaplan College Rockville, MD
- MGT has been awarded the contract for the 10,000 sq ft build out for Kaplan College in Rockville, MD. The project will include classrooms, test rooms, a faculty break room and a student break room. The space will feature high end finishes throughout.

- Advance Auto Dundalk, MD
- Advance Auto Parts has selected MGT to perform the build out for its newest store in Dundalk, MD. The project is scheduled to begin in early- to mid-November.

- United Health Services
- MGT has been awarded the medical office build out for United Health Services at Commonwealth Center in Midlothian, VA. The project is scheduled to complete by end of November.

- Advance Auto Northeast, MD
- MGT has completed its fourth build out for the Advance Auto franchise. The work was completed in a five week schedule and the store opened on time.
- Concentra Shell at Circuit City
- The façade renovations at Concentra, Inc.’s new space in Henrico County has completed. The building shell now features a raised parapet for the tenant’s future signage, a new 26’ x 12’ storefront entry system, and new windows for the future conference room and physical therapy station, as well as a new ramped sidewalk at the entry and wrap around sidewalk spanning the length of the building.

- Advance Auto Fisherville
- Construction for Advance Auto’s new Fishersville location has completed. The 7,200 sq ft build out was performed in four weeks and features a new bathroom, overhead door, check out station, and stained concrete floors.

- Advance Auto Broad Street
- MGT has completed the interior renovation of the former Virginia Paint store for Advance Auto Parts. Construction included significant demolition and removal of the existing steel mezzanine in the warehouse, construction of new bathrooms, new electrical service, new mechanical units, refurbishing the old stainless steel framed storefront system, and painting of the building’s exterior.

- Henry Schein Dental Supply
- MGT has completed the 10,000 sq ft build out for Henry Schein Dental Supply in Chesterfield. Construction included demolition of existing conditions, construction of new private offices, a new break room, showroom and conference room, modifications to the existing bathrooms, along with the installation of new dock levelers in the warehouse.

- Jimmy Johns
- Construction for the Jimmy Johns store in Midlothian has completed. The 2,500 sq ft space consists of a kitchen area for food preparation, a sales and dining area for customers, two bathrooms and a private office. The store features high end finishes like ceramic floor and wall tile, and custom lighting package among others.

- Sport Clips Charlottesville
- MGT has completed the build out for the Sport Clips in Charlottesville. The project is the seventh for the franchise and completed in less five weeks.

- MGT has been awarded its fourth build out for the Advance Auto franchise. The 7,500 sq ft build out in Northeast, MD is scheduled to be complete by the first of October.

- Advance Auto Parts Bel Air, MD
- MGT has completed its first project for the Advance Auto franchise. The 8,000 sq ft project was completed in five weeks.

- Kaplan College Chesapeake Campus
- The 27,000 sq ft Kaplan College campus was completed in nine weeks. The project includes classrooms, lab rooms, four banks of bathrooms, a faculty lounge area, a student break room, and several computer labs. The space features new mechanical systems, bathrooms with floor and wall tile, high end carpet in administrative offices and vinyl planking in all corridors, wall covering throughout and digital wall covering in select areas.

- Paper Company Apartments at 205
- Property Results has contracted with MGT to build additional units in the outparcel building of The Paper Company Apartments. The work is scheduled to wrap up by year’s end.

- Thalhimer Center
- Demolition has begun at the site of Thalhimer’s new 22,000 sq ft corporate offices. The project is scheduled to complete by December 1, 2010 with a mid-December move in date.
- Straford University
- The renovations to the 52,000 sq ft Stratford University campus have been completed. MGT was charged with removing the front third of the building to reduce the overall footprint of the space and allow for more student parking. The project features a state of the art, two-story glass silo, a new EIFs façade and columns with a patterned finish, and a new angled canopy as well as a paver sidewalk with landscaping.

- Henry Schein Dental Supply
- MGT has been awarded the 10,000 sq ft office upfit for Henry Schein Dental Supply in Chesterfield. The space includes approximately 16 private offices, a reception area and lobby, a break room, a supply showroom and a large conference room for meetings and continuing education forums.

- Advance Auto Parts has selected MGT for their new 7,200 sq ft space in Fishersville, VA. This is the second project MGT will perform for Advance.

- Advance Auto Parts has awarded MGT with the demo and build out of the former Virginia Paint store on Broad Street. The dated building needs significant work before it can be occupied. This is the third project MGT has been awarded.

- Concentra Shall at Circuit City
- MGT has been awarded the shell modifications for Concentra, Inc. at the former Circuit City building on Broad Street. The work includes raising the existing parapet to allow for signage, masonry demo and infill work, and installation of storefront. The work is scheduled for completion in early fall.

- University of Mary Washington Foundation at Eagle Village
- Construction for University of Mary Washinton Foundation offices at Eagle Village has been completed. The office is the first finished space in the new development. The office space features very high end finishes.
- Kaplan College Chesapeake Campus
- Kaplan College has selected MGT as the contractor for their 27,000 sq ft campus in Chesapeake, VA. The project has a firm nine week schedule which is a major challenge given the scope includes all new mechanical systems.

- XYMID
- MGT has been contracted to construct a warehouse clean room in the existing XYMID space. The work will be performed after hours to eliminate any interference with daily warehouse production.

- Jimmy Johns at Southshore
- Jimmy Johns Subs has awarded MGT with the construction of its 2,500 sq ft space at Southshore Point. Construction is scheduled to be complete late summer.

- Cheaspeake Crossing
- The interior demolition and exterior façade renovations at Chesapeake Crossing have been completed. The façade work includes eight new 11’ x 6’ windows, a new storefront entry system with automatic doors and a new EIFS bump out feature. The interior work included the demolition of the existing flooring and ceilings, and the existing bathrooms along with new water and electrical service to the space.

- Acosta at Crescent Business Center
- MGT has completed the office improvements and modifications for Acosta at Crescent Business Center. The work was completed over the course of five weeks.
- Petite Sweets
- MGT has completed construction for Petite Sweets at Hancock Village. The specialty cake and cupcake bakery features stained and sealed concrete flooring, custom acoustical clouds above the dining and party areas, and specialty lighting.

- MGT has been awarded the demo and build out of 4,000 sq ft at Emporia Marketplace shopping center in Emporia, VA. MGT will demo the existing conditions of the former Blockbuster space and demise the space into two retail spaces.

- Advance Auto has selected MGT to perform their 8,000 sq ft build out in Bel Air, MD. The work is scheduled to complete in five weeks.

- MGT will perform the 22,000 sq ft office build out for Thalhimer Commercial Real Estate’s new corporate offices at 11100 W Broad Street in Henrico County. The work will include extensive exterior and interior renovations.

- McBee & Associates at One Colonial
- Westcore Properties has selected MGT to perform the 12,900 sq ft office build out for McBee & Associates at One Colonial in Glen Allen. Construction will be complete by August 1.
- Stella 360 Apartments
- Property Results has contracted with MGT to perform the historical renovation of the industrial warehouse in Richmond’s Manchester area. The project will feature 33 studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

- Weingarten Realty Investors has selected MGT to perform the tenant build out for the US Army space at Meadowville. The project includes six private offices, a break room, a reception area / lobby along with four warehouse offices for warehouse personnel.

- MGT has completed the retail upfit for Alfred Angelo in Springfield. Construction completed just ahead of the wedding season.

- MGT has been awarded and completed its sixth build out for the Sport Clips franchise. Construction was completed in four weeks.
- Acosta at Crescent Business Center
- TGM Realty has awarded MGT the construction for the Acosta space at Crescent. The TI includes modifications to the existing office space along with new finishes.

- University of Mary Washington Foundation at Eagle Village
- MGT has been selected by Concord Eastridge to perform the construction for Eagle Village’s first tenant. The 3,500 sq ft TI features all of the standard building finishes, custom flooring in the conference room, wainscot throughout, a high end kitchen area and a conference room with built-ins.

- Sport Clips at Peninsula Town Center
- Sport Clips at Peninsula Town Center has completed. The project is the third build out for the franchise in less than a year and completed in less than 30 days.

- Strafford University at S&K Headquarters
- MGT has been awarded with the renovations of the existing 75,000 sq ft warehouse for the upcoming Stratford University campus. The building will go through extensive demolition to decrease the overall size to 52,000 sq ft to accommodate for future student parking.

- Chesapeake Crossing
- Kotarides Properties has awarded MGT with the exterior renovations and interior demolition of the 27,000 sq ft former Phar Mor space at Chesapeake Crossing. MGT will remove all existing conditions and bring new water and electrical service to the space. The exterior work will include new fixed pane windows as well as a new storefront entry system.
- Kraft Foods at Ruffin Mill
- MGT has been selected by The Landmark Company to perform the 7,500 sq ft build out for Kraft Foods’ newest location at Ruffin Mill Center. The project is scheduled to complete by end of April.

- Monkey Joes at Chesterfield Towne Center
- MGT has recently completed the 13,500 sq ft build out for Monkey Joe’s, Richmond’s newest indoor playground facility. The build out includes several party rooms for special events, a concession and dining area, and a computer and TV area for parents. The space features high end carpet tiles throughout, 14x5 fixed pane glass in each party room, numerous bright and catchy paint colors, as well as eight massive inflatables for children to play.

- New Kent Road Apartments
- After having been awarded the renovations / construction for the New Kent Road Apartments in late 2009, MGT has begun construction. The project will be completed in phases – 2 buildings at a time – to allow the developer to lease units while construction is ongoing. The renovations of the existing units will be completed at the end of the summer and the eight new townhouse units will be completed around the end of November.

- MGT has been selected as the contractor for the Petite Sweets build out in Chesterfield’s Hancock Village. The space will feature a dining area, private party area and kitchen.

- Alfred Angelo Bridal
- MGT has been awarded the construction of Alfred Angelo Bridal’s newest Virginia location in Springfield. The 6,500 sq ft build out includes new dressing areas, new bathrooms, and new finishes throughout.
- American Tobacco Center
- MGT has been contracted to perform the tenant upfit for the 1,200 sq ft office space in Shockoe Bottom’s American Tobacco Center. Construction is scheduled to begin in February and wrap up by early to mid March.

- MGT has been awarded with the remodels of two Richmond area Sport Clips locations. The work will be performed after hours to avoid having to shut the stores down.

- Sport Clips at Peninsula Town Center
- MGT has been selected as the contractor for the Sport Clips build out in the rejuvenated Peninsula Town in Hampton, VA. The first generation space will be built in four weeks to meet the scheduled grand opening of the mall.
