Prior to construction the space was an open 2,200 sq. ft. shell with six steel columns. The design team incorporated the existing columns as a feature to the space’s open conference room surrounded by four junior offices and two executive spaces. Each office features frameless glass doors with a frameless glass sidelight highlighted by a maple trim detail. The maple trim was used as a wall cap for each partition, tying the new features into the existing conditions of the building. Additionally, the space features cutting edge fixtures that serve as a perfect balance between the old and the new.
