MGT was tasked with demising an existing Circuit City building to create Rugged Wearhouse’s new flagship location. The project included the demolition and removal of all of Circuit City’s remaining fixtures and standards, flooring, and partitions as well as modifications to the exterior canopy. The build out included a new demise wall through the space, new dressing rooms, a new stock room, a new break room and manager’s office as well as electrical and mechanical modifications.
