MGT was contracted to perform a total facelift of the existing Style Weekly office space located at 1313 East Main Street—demo some existing walls, build-out new offices, install new carpet, new ceiling grid and tile, new HVAC, update the sprinkler, and paint throughout. In just three weeks from permit issuance, MGT was able to turn this previously dark, outdated space into a fresh, colorful, edgy environment consistent with the magazine’s appeal.
The Style Weekly project represents yet another example of MGT’s commitment to client, schedule, budget and quality.
