The construction of the T and E Laundry Apartments began with the demolition of 61,250 square feet across 4 buildings. The project presented a number of environmental challenges because of its prior use as a laundry center and dry cleaning warehouse. MGT was successful in overcoming all challenges and resolving all issues.
Working closely with the owners, MGT was able to deliver the project on time, within budget to the benefit of the entire project team.
