Michael S. Logan, President
Michael has over 30 years of construction experience with nearly 20 years as President of MGT. His advanced leadership and proactive management style has established a corporate culture devoted to superior customer service. Michael’s aggressive and savvy approach to the construction industry has successfully developed MGT into a thriving business unit and expanded the company’s reach into new markets.
Patrick L. Lindsey, Director of Operations
Patrick joined the MGT team in early 2007, bringing with him seven years of estimating and construction management experience. In his role as estimator, Patrick specializes in value-engineering all MGT projects to ensure that every MGT client gets the most value from every construction dollar he spends. Prior to joining MGT, Patrick served as the Senior Project Estimator for construction firms in Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia.
Devoe Reagan, Business Development
DeVoe brings 35 years of construction experience to the MGT team. He has spent time with several major national construction firms. As a project manager, DeVoe has managed the completion of multiple large fast track projects in Richmond and various cities across the Mid-West. His time spent as a project manager has allowed him to draw on past experiences to connect with potential clients and understand their questions, needs and concerns.
Sean Martin, Project Manager
Sean specializes in the management of the adaptive reuse division of MGT Construction. Since coming to MGT in 2005, Sean has overseen the construction and managed the conversion of six historic properties into more than 200 apartment/condo units and 11 commercial spaces totaling nearly one-half million square feet. Sean is well versed at meeting the challenges of historic tax credit projects and prides himself on his ability to deliver these challenging projects on time and within budget.
Norman Milligan, Senior Project Manager
Norman has been with the MGT team for nearly a decade as a Senior Project Manager. He has over 55 years of construction management experience highlighted by his time as Director for the Council of Construction Employers in Washington D.C., President of the Richmond and Virginia Chapters of the American Sub-Contractors Association, and Vice President and Chairman of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia among many other industry distinctions. Since joining MGT Norman has managed over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvement and tenant build out work.
Michael Logan, Jr., Business Development/Project Manager
As part of the business development team, Logan oversees marketing strategies and initiatives as well as managing special projects consisting of smaller projects and tenant improvements. Additionally, he manages MGT’s production team consisting of superintendents and field personnel.
