TheaterXtreme, located in Short Pump, VA, is a state-of-the-art in-home theater retailer. As such, it was imperative that MGT replicate the “theater” experience, from sound transmission to lighting, in order to inspire the end consumer to the benefit of its client, TheaterXtreme. The challenge of the project was creating TheaterXtreme’s desired environment without allowing the sounds of the theater to become a disruption to existing tenants throughout the shopping center. In order to accomplish the desired effect, MGT worked with TheaterXtreme and Freeman and Morgan on sound-proofing design that would prevent external disruption.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
