MGT teamed with Baskervill Architects and Timmons Group to create 36,000 square feet of Class A office space. The construction team was asked to create a unique space for the growing firm that included a state-of-the-art conference room, board room, break room and kitchen area; and a sophisticated, modern interior that would spotlight the firm’s capabilities.
The build-out was performed on multiple floors while much of the building was occupied by other tenants. Working closely with CB Richard Ellis, MGT was able to ensure the build-out occurred without disruption to the existing tenant base.
The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.
