MGT was engaged to evaluate the highest and best use of this once abandoned Bullets Hamburger site. As a design build project the first step was to evaluate potential uses, building size, code and zoning requirements, and market need. Retail was determined as the best use so MGT initiated the shell design through its design build relationship with Freeman and Morgan Architects. While performing the site work, a lease was presented for a Verizon Store. MGT worked with the tenant and the owner to prepare a tenant improvement budget, solicit design input, and deliver the project on time within budget.
