Located directly across from Richmond’s largest shopping mall, the Westgate Shopping Center illustrates the wide range of MGT’s capabilities. MGT managed the project from its early site work through the construction of the building shell, and from the construction of the building shell to the completion of tenant up fit.
This once vacant land is now a thriving shopping center in the heart of Richmond’s ever-growing Short Pump area. It plays host to national chains such as Panera Bread, Starbucks, Bertucci’s and Alltel.
